VIJAY CHHABRA - CEO & FOUNDER
Mr. Vijay Chhabra is a seasoned Media & Entertainment professional with 20+ years of experience. He holds a B.E. in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance. Having worked with leading directors like Rajkumar Santoshi and Ram Gopal Varma, he has gained expertise in creative direction, production, and film monetization.
He founded Global Film Syndication (GFS), which today syndicates 20,000+ movie titles in 17 languages to 100+ operators worldwide, with expansion into China underway.
Currently, he is launching two new ventures under Theodrom Brand name.
Theodrom Media Pvt. Ltd. – an IP Buying Media House with a major budget outlay.
Theodrom Studios Pvt. Ltd. – a film production studio targeting 12 films in the next 24 months with a major budget outlay for theatrical release in 2026–27.
NEERAJ SHARMA - CREATIVE PRODUCER
Neeraj Randhir Sharma is a distinguished media professional with over two decades of experience spanning film, television and theatre. A postgraduate from Delhi University, he has built a dynamic career as a writer, producer, educationist, and thespian.
Mr. Sharma is the writer of the upcoming thriller "Galli No 26" (2025), featuring Abhishek Banerjee and Raghuveer Yadav. His recent engagements include leading creative development for web series and freelance production collaborations with renowned studios such as Colour Yellow and Pooja Films.
From 2010 to 2014, he served as Chief Executive Producer at RGV Film Factory, where he helmed major projects including Buddah Hoga Tera Baap, Ab Tak Chappan-2, and Department. His earlier roles include project head for Indian Idol 1, senior executive producer at CNBC-TV18, and executive producer for over 1,000 television episodes with UTV.
